The school is managed by The Cuddapah Educational Trust, Cuddapah which was registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 in 1964 as a Charitable Trust.
The future of a nation depends not on the strength of its population but on the strength of educated people. Educated are the back-bone of a nation. So Vidya Mandir English Medium School was established with the special intention of providing broad based education in English Medium.
At first school was started in June 1964 with a maximum strength of 84 students in 1973, our school was shifted from rented building to own building.
With the co-operation of the Cuddapah Educational Trust and staff members, I am quite confident and hopeful that this institution will become the pride of Cuddapah maintaining high standard.
The aim of this institution is besides imparting education, to turnout students as responsible future citizens of the Country by inculcating the noble ideas of living with good manners, traditions, discipline.
To cover all facts of growth pattern and ensure balanced development of the child our school is giving much importance to the co-curricular activities. Owing to the abundant encouragement that is found in this school, our students have participated in various competitions organized by the various departments ands Social organization like Cuddapah Debating club, Rotaract Club etc., and won number of prizes. No competition at Cuddapah goes without the active participation of our students. Thus this institution in its true literal sense is giving scope for the physical, mental and moral development of the students.
